Purpose

To provide a quick list of the ten longest and ten deepest caves in Australia. The database will return information in the same format as the 1985 Karst Index Book.

Search Methodology

The search engine just finds what caves are the longest and deepest from the length and depth fields. It then returns two tables; the first table lists the 10 longest caves, sorted with the longest cave first and the second table lists the 10 deepest caves, sorted with the deepest cave at the top. The format of the data in each table is the same as the 1985 Karst Index book.
